In October 2023, Muhammad Faran Sarwar began his career change journey with ITOL Recruit’s Coding Job Programme. With a clear goal to move into the tech industry, he focused on gaining practical, employer-relevant skills that would set him apart in the job market.

Lee Clarke always had an interest in computer programming, but no formal experience. When he set his sights on breaking into the games industry, he knew he needed the right support and structure to get there.

Werner Gomindes arrived in the UK looking for a new beginning and a clear path into employment. He wanted to work as a software developer but needed the right qualifications and local support to enter the job market confidently. That is when he enrolled in ITOL Recruit’s Coding Job Programme.

Shylajadevi began her career journey in psychology and later worked as a fulfilment associate at Amazon. But she knew her future lay elsewhere. Drawn to the innovation and creativity of the IT sector, she made the decision to retrain as a web developer.

While completing a master’s degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Usman Shoukat was also working part-time at Amazon. Determined to strengthen his technical skills, he enrolled in ITOL Recruit’s Coding Job Programme to support his long-term career ambitions.
