IT Support Analyst 

Background 

Symeon currently works as an IT Support Analyst at Next. Before moving into IT, he spent ten years working as a zookeeper. Wanting a complete career change, he decided to retrain and gain recognised IT qualifications to enter the technology sector. 

With no prior technical or IT support experience, Symeon was looking for a clear and supportive starting point. 

Training Experience
