Background  

In November 2023, Michael Coleman embarked on a transformative journey with ITonlinelearning by enrolling in the Cyber Security Programme. He successfully completed several key certifications, including:

Recruitment Journey  

In March 2024, Michael began his recruitment journey. With the support of ITonlinelearning, he received a comprehensive CV revision and LinkedIn profile update to enhance his job search efforts. In May 2024, Michael, got invited for his very first interview and he had his doubts because this was an IT Support Manager role. I had no doubt that Michael would ace his interview because he was amazing, and any company would be lucky to have him. In just 8 weeks in recruitment, Michael secured the role as an IT Support Manager, he could not believe how quickly he managed to secure a role. 

Success  

Michael’s dedication and hard work during his course led to his successful placement as an IT Support Manager. His commitment and dedication to the recruitment process, just made the whole process that much easier. He started this role on the 1^st July 2024, and he is thoroughly enjoying his new role. 

Career Transition  

Michael’s career transition is particularly nothing short of remarkable given his prior experience as a telecommunications service delivery engineer and accounts manager. His successful shift into the IT industry highlights the effectiveness of ITonlinelearning’s program and support, from tutors and recruitment.
