Background 

Eden was already working in a technical role as an IT Analyst but wanted to move into a more structured, project focused career with clearer progression. 

He enrolled on the Business Analysis pathway with ITOL Recruit to strengthen his analytical skills and gain recognised qualifications. 

Training Experience
